Second Opinion Consults with Dr. D

Dr. D has been working with clients for almost two decades. She is often called upon when other therapies have not fully helped an individual or relationship (personal and/or professional) to become unstuck. She is dedicated to helping people identify their true goals and work to make the changes needed to move forward – whether it be through accessing the right resources, subtle shifts in perception, loosening up rigid patterns, cultivating empathy, or assertiveness training. Most often, becoming unstuck requires a delicate balance of acceptance and change, and always a healthy dose of self-awareness.

With her comprehensive psychological training, knowledge of eastern spiritual disciplines, experience in anxiety treatment, and extensive knowledge in the field of health and wellness, Dr. D is passionate about helping people to feel empowered, find meaning, and move toward their goals. Through a combination of inquiry and strategies, typically within 1-4 sessions, she assists people to do so with renewed motivation.
