Workplace Mediation

Dr. Dardashti is passionate about bringing psychology into the workplace, not just as an executive or leadership coach, but as a psychologist who has had intensive training in personality and behavioral components of mental health in addition to family systems and family therapy. She sees the workplace as a second family and understands the intricate dynamics that can take place both implicitly and explicitly with people at work – just as they do at home. Some examples of workplace settings she has consulted for are a hotel chain, two startups, a pharmacy chain, and a financial corporation. She specializes in providing solutions in order to increase awareness, productivity, motivation, and effective communication.
